Elemind

I've started using Elemind recently, and it has truly brought about significant changes for me. After using it, I clearly feel that it's much easier for me to focus at work, and my mind doesn't wander as easily as before. The product is designed with great user - friendliness, and it's comfortable to wear without any burden. The only thing I'm not quite satisfied with is that some functions of the accompanying APP are not very convenient to operate. I hope it can be optimized in the future. Overall, it's a product worth recommending.

I have been using Elemind regularly for about a month and it has radically transformed my relationship with sleep. I keep it plugged in on my bedside table and put it on as part of my evening ritual. It helps me fall asleep within minutes and if I wake up during the night (as I invariably do - thank you middle age!), a simple press of a button on the headset puts me quickly back to sleep. No more tossing and turning. No more racing thoughts. No more frustration. Just sweet, blissful sleep.

I’ve always been a restless sleeper—sometimes taking 1-2 hours just to drift off. I’ve tried everything, and nothing seemed to make a real difference. When I found Elemind, I was cautiously hopeful but didn’t expect much.

I have only used this for a week and it has been a blessing and a game changer. I will toss and turn for hours trying to go to sleep and for the first time in years, it puts me to sleep between 4-10 minutes. I do still find myself waking a few times a night but I go right back to sleep when I restart the band. I pray there is an update that will help prevent waking several times and to lull you into deep and REM sleep. I believe I wake up once the sleep headband sound fades out. These updates would have the device 100% PERFECT for me. This is the first time I have gone an entire week without having to take things over the counter to induce sleep. This alone is a game changer and much healthier.

I've used my new Elemind nightly for about out a month. It works just as described by on their website. The sounds produced by the device does help me get to sleep faster and I use it to get back to sleep after waking up at night. I find that the sounds also distract me from thoughts or concerns that would otherwise keep me awake.

The headband is comfortable in bed - barely noticeable. I love the "speaker system" which work through contact with the scalp rather than uncomfortable headphones, and does not disturb others in the vicinity

I have serious insomnia. I'm not interested in the addictive drugs the doc can prescribe and I have tried virtually every OTC supplement - nothing helps. Until now. Using "drift" mode last night was my first "full" night sleep in literally years. Yes, I still wake up multiple times in the middle of the night, but one press of a button and I was able to quickly go back to sleep (usually I'm awake for 2+ hours). The headband did take some getting used too, but it's very comfortable to wear and after a week I don't even really notice it anymore. I have tried other entrainment devices but they are multi purpose and more complicated to use - I really prefer a device with a single function that it performs really well. Support is excellent, fast responses and helpful (not that I've had many issues).
